2. Service Description

List Buddy is available in two versions:

• Free Version: Includes basic functionality with advertisements
• Premium Subscription: Provides ad-free experience and full access to all features

3. Subscription and Billing

• Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings

4. User Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

• Posting inappropriate or explicit content
• Sharing content containing nudity
• Promoting cryptocurrency or related activities
• Engaging in bullying, harassment, or threatening behavior
• Using the app for commercial purposes
• Attempting to manipulate or abuse the service

5. Chat and Content Moderation

All chat communications are subject to moderation. While users can freely share content, we reserve the right to:

• Monitor conversations for compliance with our terms
• Remove inappropriate content
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies

7. Account Sharing

While account sharing is permitted, you remain responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

8. Content Usage

Users maintain responsibility for the images and content they share through the app. The primary purpose is sharing images of items for purchase consideration with partners.

9. Intellectual Property

The List Buddy name, logo, and all related graphics, icons, and service names are trademarks of List Buddy. Users may not use these without explicit written permission. The app's design, graphics, and interface elements are protected by copyright and may not be copied or imitated.

10. Age Restriction

List Buddy is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the app or via email.
